C4C is available still the integrated system is showing that the target system not available

Hi,

Our c4c system is integrated with IDM for Employee replication. There was not any issue and no any configuration changes have been done but now when IDM is sending request to c4c we are getting the status code 503 i,e the target system is not available. Can anyone please help us to fix it.
