C4C-Internal error 500 after exposing a field in Customers Accounts advanced search

Dear team,

When we are trying enter to menu -> Customers-> Accounts we get error 500 (see attachment error 500).

The only thing that I did before this error was adding an already exist field (exposing the field) in the advanced search in the accounts screen (see attachment advanced search- please note that the screen shot is from "contact" screen because I can't enter "Accounts" screen, but the problem is in Accounts).

Now, I can't undo it because I can't enter the screen and use adapt mode.

Do you have any suggestions?

Dear or_co,

Please report an incident and SAP Support will help you check this further.

In the meantime, you can go to Administrator -> General Settings -> Adaptation Changes -> Layout Change History -> All UI Changes

Find the UI Change you made and Delete the Change Transaction (Please note that this will cause the change you made to get reverted to previous state).

If the 500 internal error gets resolved with this step, then the issue could be due to the field you made visible on the Accounts UI.

Hi,

You can go to "Administrator"-->"General Settings" and checkout "Layout Change History" option under "Adaptation Changes" section. You can now execute the query and remove the UI change using DELETE button to revert back as shown:
