The scenario in our client is an Integration C4C Services with SAP ECC.

On the point in the document:
“Create a controlling scenario in IAOM1, and set the controlling type as Single-Object Controlling in IAOM2 transaction in SAP ERP.”
Our Questions are:
- The control scenario must be created in Business Scenario CRMSRV – CRM Service?
- For the integration to work correctly, all data in the control scenario, must be completed? (Standard Cost Estimate, Period-end closing, Assignments, Controlling for internal orders and Account Assignment transferred)
- About "set the controlling type as Single-Object Controlling in IAOM2", should a new entry be added? What data should be entered?
Our customer needs to know if these new settings will affect their current operation. They currently have service technicians who work in workshops and use ERP to perform transactions.
