Hi Colleagues,
Is it feasible, through some configuration, that an outgoing email from C4C remains in the outbox of the account used as sender in Outlook?
If not feasible, can the sender be set to the CC recipient, in an email created and sent from the interactions of a ticket?

Or if you have any other ideas that can help me, I would appreciate them.
