I have configured the JAM as knowledge base in C4C service, when I open a service ticket, and click solution finder, I have to manually copy ticket subject and paste it into solution finder search area. How to enable the auto search, which means subject is auto copied to search area?

Hi Merry,
The knowledge base may be pre-populated with articles based on any tags associated with the ticket and the product description in the ticket. It does not copy the ticket description by default.
