C4C integration with Instagram with or without Sprinklr

Dear All,

I need to integrate the instagram page with C4C to create tickets in C4C similar to Twitter. I was able to achieve it with Twitter, but its very vague in terms of Instagram integration. In the admin guide the details for Instagram integration is mentioned as it can be done through Sprinklr. But how to get the needed information from Sprinklr, the Consumer Key and Consumer Secret Key is not provided. There is no proper information on how to get proceed.

1. Do we need any licence for Sprinkle to get the Consumer Key and Consumer Secret Key?

2. How do we get the Consumer Key and Consumer Secret Key for Instagram integration?

3. Can we directly integrate Instagram and C4C without Sprinklr?

These are some of the questions that doesn't have a clear answer when it come to Social media integration.

Any suggestions/experiences/responses would be appreciated.

Dear Manjunath,

In order to connect an Instagram channel to C4C, you will need a Spinklr account. Otherwise, there is no possibility to add an Instagram channel. More information can also be requested at Sprinklr in regards to Integration - https://blog.sprinklr.com/sprinklr-app/sap-hybris-cloud-customer/ .
