C4C Integration with ERP

We are trying to connect the C4C with ERP but we are facing an issue due to the customer need to use VPN can you share the procedure to connect these platforms using secured VPN.

Hi,

I am not sure why you want to put C4C behind the VPN because then you are losing the purpose of running your CRM in the cloud.

However, I had a very similar experience where my customer wanted to launch ERP cockpit/factsheet from C4C for which they need to make sure the sales rep connected via VPN. There as no standard functionality but then we implemented a workaround. We put the C4C behind an SSO login (ADFS) and this ADFS was actually running in customer VPN. That means whenever a user has to connect to C4C he will be prompted to ADFS log in ONLY if he is connected to VPN else they will not be able to log in.

Thank you So much for your reply Kabra the issue is not that we need the customer to access C4C behind VPN its that the ERP is behind VPN and we cannot connect to it due this VPN and we are not using CPI(HCI) to use Cloud Connecter so how could we connect to ERP
