C4C integration with ECC default user

Hi Expert

while sending sales order from IDOC to C4C , we are setting IDOC creation user as CODINTEG.
but when this user created sales order in ECC, the sales order is recorded with user WFBATCH .

Is there any set up in ECC to set up this default user to create sales order?

Hi,

This happens due to background job user being set to WFBATCH for idoc processing in SM36/SM37. Please change the user which is processing the IDOC at ECC side to CODINTEG and this hsould solve the issue,

RBDAPP01 is the SE38 program for processing the inbound IDOC and you find the corresponding job in SM37.

Which T-Code to change the user which is processing the IDOC at ECC side to be CODINTEG.

If you can show screenshot too will be great.
