How to add filter on Ticket status(only inpocess to trigger) to send data to PI->SAP CRM.

Could you please clarify on what you are trying to achieve exactly? Do you want to only see tickets with status in process and then release those automatically to ERP/CRM?
If so, you can create a workflow rule with rule type Action and select ''Release to ERP''. See our help pages for more details:Regards,
