C4C integration with a Project Management tool

Hi, there is a specific tool intergrated with C4C for project management ?

Using in my company C4C as CRM, we would like to use a Project Management tool integrated with C$C

1 - there is an SAP product that is directly linked/Integrated with C4C as project management tool ?

2 - if not, there is on the market a Project Management tool that can be easly integrated with C4C ?
