In all the social media integration documentations it is said that we need to use Sprinklr (with a separate license) in order to integrate Instagram.
Since most of these are old documents I was wondering if there's a standard way to integrate Instagram especially since we can read and reply Instagram messages from Facebook.

I get where you're coming from with the social media integration challenge. While the docs might be a bit dated, integrating Instagram can still be a breeze. A workaround I've found handy is leveraging the connectivity between Instagram and Facebook. You can manage your Instagram messages right from Facebook, simplifying the process. Also, speaking of boosting your online presence, I stumbled upon a neat approach—consider exploring ways to buy IG followers. It's been a game-changer for me, adding a real boost to my Twitter engagement.

Hello Kemal,
An existing Instagram integration via Sprinklr is not supported anymore, the documentation related to this topic will be removed from the help center documentation to avoid new mistakes until C4C Product Management team receive additional details of the new integration.
Hope this answer your reported query.
Thanks and Regards,
Ankush.
