I've created a data source which contains "Service Category" and "Used Service Categories" as an inner join.
Now when running a report based on this data source I only get the Overall Service Category and the Incident Category as fields available.
I'm missing the Object Category as well as Cause Category and Resolution - where can I get this information from?
Request clarification before answering.

I guess you want a report to identify the category of a Ticket i.e. the category that has been selected by the user in a Ticket.
If that is the case, why don't you use the standard report All Tickets? This report already has Service, Incident, Object, Cause and Resolution Category available within it.
