Hi,

I have set up a report that includes visits and the attendees of the visits. So I combiend first 2 data sources and then created a new report for these new data source.

In the report I want to count the number of visits and I want to count the total number of attendees.

Example needed output: sales rep. A, has 15 visits and talked to in total 43 people.

Within the report, using the wizard, I have added a key figure for counting the attendees bases on the party role and that works fine.

With the second counter, the number of visits I am struggling.

Is it possible to have 2 counters and what is the best way to set up a 2nd counter for the number of visits? I now tried to count on Visit and Visit ID, but it does not work.

Hi,

May be you can try the following:

1. Create a KF for your second counter as "Calculated KF"

2. In the next step, choose "Counter" of "visit header" from Left to Right (in canvas)

3. In the next step make sure you choose "Exception Aggregation" as "Counter for All Detailed Values That Are Not Zero, Null, or Error" on "Visit ID" or "Visit" characteristic as shown. This will make sure that each unique Visit ID is counted as one.
