C4C: How to select and report errors from webservice monitoring

Hi C4C Experts,

we would like to periodically (e.g weekly ) select , and evaluate the errors from C4C webservice monitoring, and finally send the errors of certain category (e.g. Application error) to specified users. So it is some kind of reporting.

But I have no idea, how to do that, because there is no standard BO for that purpose, either I am not able to find any webservice or ODATA service to do this .

Does anybody have good idea?

Hello siwei.yang,

You can use the subscribe option in the monitor to get daily alerts. Then use the predefined / custom filters to get the errors. Also you can use the feature Export with Errors to an excel file and then filter the file.
