C4C How to replicatie Identification id's for contactpersons?

Hi,

Since the 1902 release it is possible to replicate identification id's like Dun & Bradstreet ID, Commercial Register Number etc. on account level from SAP CRM / ECC to SAP Cloud.

In SAP CRM also identification id's are registered on contact persons, like certain license id's.

In my understanding this is still not possible on C4C contact person in a standard way.

Is an extension field the only way to go?

I think that question might be answered by us however it is not so clear what you mean,

do you mean that you are connecting licenses to your contact persons in a SAP CRM ?

For example for authorization or authentication purposes ?

In the standard Idlow "Replicate Business Partner and Business Partner Confirmation from SAP Business Suite"

There is the Identification structure that is bound to "E101_EI_BUPA_IDENTIFICATION" on CRM side is that what you were looking for ?

Hi,

Not necessarily connecting and yes they could be for authorization purposes in other processes.

e.g. healthcare professionals like doctors, but also in other industries, contact persons have certain ID's with which they are registered in official registers that allow them to purchase specific products, prescribe medication etc. Businesswise people are identified by those registration ID's.

In C4C currently identification ID's are only available on accounts and not on the contact persons assigned to it.. The tabs are not available on the contact person. Whereas they are for customers also individual customers, but these people are not individual customer they are contact persons at customers.
