Hi,
In our landscape we want to set up a S4HANA client and a C4C tenant just for data migration purposes. We currently have 1 development and 2 test tenants. They are all linked to S4HANA backend environments.
One of the test tenants which currently, we would like to detach from its SAP S4HANA backend client and assign it via SAP Cloud integration to a new S4HANA client. We want to keep the current tenant url and all configuration, but want to remove all master- and transactional data.
According to the documentation a tenant refresh can only be done based on a productive tenant. That scenario is not an option for us. https://apps.support.sap.com/sap/support/knowledge/public/E/0002340655
Has anybody ideas of how to clean / remove data from a test tenant while keeping all configuration, finetuning etc.?
Kind regards,
MJ

Hi,
It is a while ago, but I believe we deleted one test tenant and created a copy from the other test tenant. We selected the option
Initial Test Tenant with Solution Profile,
This means that the scoping and fine tuning done in the solution profile is activated in the target tenant. Page layouts etc. are not copied.
Surprisingly the copy options in the test tenants differ from the options you have on a production tenant.
