C4C - How to maintain ID Mapping for External Business Partner

Hi,

We are replicating business partners from S4 (ERP) to C4C. When Business Partners are replicated, the two ID Mapping for Integration fields 'Business Partners' and 'ERP Contacts' are getting mapped and updated automatically with external and internal ID.

The issue is, we also need the mapping field 'External Business Partner' to be updated automatically when we receive a business partner.

Do anyone have an idea to how this can be achieved without mapping it manually via Excel add-on?

We were not able to resolve an automatic update of mapping field External Business Partner. Manual update of ID mapping from Excel add-in will require a lot of maintenance when new BPs are created.

But this was an error in C4C, the mapping pointed to 'External Business Partner' for Hybris Storefront integration when using S4 system, while it should have been pointing to 'Business Partner' mapping. SAP implemented a local software correction on our tenant for this case, but it will hopefully be implemented in the next release for all customers.
