C4C - How to maintain ID Mapping for External Business Partner

Hi,

We are replicating business partners from S4 (ERP) to C4C. When Business Partners are replicated, the two ID Mapping for Integration fields 'Business Partners' and 'ERP Contacts' are getting mapped and updated automatically with external and internal ID.

The issue is, we also need the mapping field 'External Business Partner' to be updated automatically when we receive a business partner.

Do anyone have an idea to how this can be achieved without mapping it manually via Excel add-on?

Hello Alexander,

yes, you are right, me too I had to think about the key mapping. I am working for an implementation which is already in production with customer ID only, and since with MDG integration we do have to manage business partner as well, I went to the conclusion that the key mapping can be updated only manually. I used for this the excel add on integration template from the key mapping UI itself, and filled it through the vlookup excel function.
