C4C - How to maintain ID Mapping for External Business Partner

Hi,

We are replicating business partners from S4 (ERP) to C4C. When Business Partners are replicated, the two ID Mapping for Integration fields 'Business Partners' and 'ERP Contacts' are getting mapped and updated automatically with external and internal ID.

The issue is, we also need the mapping field 'External Business Partner' to be updated automatically when we receive a business partner.

Do anyone have an idea to how this can be achieved without mapping it manually via Excel add-on?

Do you incoming message contain both the customer and the business partner from ECC ?

I am integrating MDG with C4c in these days, and i have no problems because the message coming from MDG contains both ID referenced as <InternalID>.

Thanks, Irene. Yes, the incoming message contains both internal and external ID. Payload is OK, but I'm thinking about the ID Mapping in C4C under Administrator -> ID Mapping for Integration. Mapping of 'Business Partners' are working fine, but in my case I also need to update mapping of 'External Business Partner'. Not sure how to automatically update that one.
