C4C How to change layout of survey matrix items in form template Survey Results

Hi,

I want to change the form template of Survey Results.

In particular the way matrix questions and answers are presented.

With a matrix item, the answers options that are entered in the matrix columns are directly displayed after the items that are mentioned in the rows. This makes the survey results not very readable.

Also when generating a visit overview in which the results of the survey are incorporated, the matrix items are not displayed very clear.

Any body experience in making a better form template using the Adobe Lifecycle designer?

Hi,

I have decided to set up the survey differently and not in a matrix. Now only incase answers are given they are presented in my form. The form I copied and I made my own version in Adobe. I took every thing out that is not needed - bit of a puzzle, but the result is ok.
