C4C How to assign multiple unassociated email messages to an existing ticket

Hi,

In SAP Service Cloud unassociated email messages can be selected and via actions assigned to an existing ticket.

This can only be done one by one.

I have to support the scenario where multiple emails need to be assigned to one existing ticket.

Is there a setting somewhere to make the assignment of multiple unassociated emails to an existing ticket?

It is currently not possible to assign multiple unassociated e-mails to one ticket at the same time.

Please raise this request on SAP Customer Influence, so that it can be reviewed by the SAP product team.
