Hi,
I have set up a satisfaction survey process.
On a non-mobile device it works fine, but when I want to execute the survey on my smartphone a C4C logon screen is shown and a user and password is needed.
Looking forward to your suggestions.

Hi,
I checked with SAP via an incident. In my case this situation occurs due to the fact that i had installed the C4C app on my mobile phone - then the C4C log on screen appears.
So for inidividuel customers clicking the survey link via their webmail or via an outlook app, the survey is starting nicely and no log on screen appears.
