In C4C Business Anaylics-Design Report, I am working with the Marketing Attributes and trying create a Report that has Accounts in the Rows, various Attributes across the top and the values in the grid.

I can only get the attribute values to all appear in 1 row or 1 column. Does anyone know how to make this work? I would greatly appreciate the help.

See attachment for example.

Thank you for responding, MJ. I provided an image of what I am getting. We need one line per account with all the attributes going across the top (rows) see image below. Each Account can only have one line as we are bringing it into Power BI.

Hi Sharon,

I am not sure if I understand your question correctly and when you have multiple attributes this will not look good. It all depends on how the attributes and attribute values are set up.

With the standard report Business Partner with Attribute Assignment [CODBUSATTRBPU_Q0001], I would advise you to move the value description of the attributes to the columns. In the report (that is how it works with attributes and their values) the number of hits are counted and as you have your customers in the view it will be 1 per row.

When you have different attributes, it will look a bit chaotic especially when your attributes are of different types (characteristics, currency, numeric).

Maybe you should define different views and selection per attribute and then combine them I a dashboard.
