C4C Home Screen copy from role A to role B

We have customized a home screen for a business role. Now, we want to copy the home screen from the customized role to all the other roles that we have.

Is there a copy functionality for Home Screen from one business role to another?

I appreciate if you can provide process steps if there is such a function.

Hi Joel,

There is not such a function - but business roles can be copied. The home pages are business role related, so based on authorizations, reports assignment, tiles can be added - home pages do not have their own individual id, like business roles or page lay-outs have.

Hi Joel,

If you want one home screen for all users you should not customize home screens for specific roles, but only for the business role Default.

Personally I never did this - I always define specific role based home pages, but it depends on your situation, the number of roles and the expected maintenance in the future.
