In C4C I created a communication system and a com arrangement. The technical user is given by C4C as _TESTVIA the credentials are set to user + password. The CPI contains the credentials for this user and the credentials (user+pw) are identical to the setting in C4C. The credentials are used in an Iflow sender channel to C4C. When I send the request from SOAPUI via a receiver channel with user role I see the following answer:
