C4C Form Ticket Summary Preselect Form

Hi,

When creating a Ticket Summary a list of all supported forms is displayed within PopUp Create Summary.
In our case we would like to preselect a specific form.

How to archive this goal ?

I've found no way to do so via adaption or pdi.

Hi,

we used a provided badi to filter the amount of results which are displayed.
In some cases we have only one form left. Then the form is preselected correctly.

We have seen the badi is called multiple times.
First time when the form is displayed, second time when the user tries to select another form.

From my point of view it seem to be possible to handle these cases in an way that our use case can be implementes as needed.

Can you confirm that the badi is intended to be used for these cases.

The mentioned option is currently not available as per standard.
