Hello
Within C4C form template maintenance I wish to use the option "Open Adobe LiveCycle Designer" which is mentioned in the current help pages, step 3 in the following link for Editing a Form Template : https://help.sap.com/viewer/5d3ae4aa1f174b2cb6ec625c93ef8884/CLOUD/en-US/93fd399125ae4feb9e22b47804e...
However the issue I have is that I don't have that option. The only 2 options I see are "Open Easy Form Editor" and "Open Adobe Reader".
The issue might be related to the below but I am not sure :
I note that in the "Prerequisites" of the same above help pages it mentions that "Under Downloads, you have installed the Adobe LiveCycle Designer and the Add-In for Adobe LiveCycle Designer front-end components on your computer."
In my case I have only installed "Adobe LiveCycle Designer" and not the "Add-In for Adobe LiveCycle Designer" as I don't know where to get that from (its not available in the "downloads" option in C4C and its not available in SAP launchpad).
Request clarification before answering.
Hi,
The best thing is to install the Adobe® LiveCycle® Designer from your Downloads center, as you can work on forms in an integrated manner. Any idea why the add in is not shown? you checked with SAP via an incident?
In my situation due to admin regulations, the Adobe® LiveCycle® Designer software has been installed on my lap top independently from any C4C tenant. The company I work for has licences on the Adobe software and also on the designer.
In case I want to change forms - I download them and save them in a local folder. Then I open and change them in the designer. In the designer I do not have sample data (which you should have if you download the add in within C4C - which is an advantage), therefore for testing purpose I upload the adjusted form back into C4C.
