C4C External pricing calculated with errors, where can i analyse erros so that i can proceed?

Hi,

I have my sales quote in place as well as my pricing cofiguration settings. On document header level the integration with SAP ECC quote all works fine.

When i add a product and execute the external pricing relevant data (pricing procedure etc.) is coming back, but the pricing status is "Calculated with errors". There are no futher errors displayed.

It looks as this is preventing me from submitting / sending the document ot SAP ECC for quote creation. Where can i analyse / fix the possible errors that are causing the status "Calculated with Errors" and continue my process. Any tips / tricks?

The calculation in it self is correct, but the total value including tax is not displayed in my sales quote header in one of the total fields on the left side of the screen.

How do i determine that a certain total value, that i have defined in external pricing > external pricing procedure, needs to be displayed in one of the total fields on the left side of hte screen? Now i presume that the status "calculated with errors" is a result of this situation.

Hi,

My MeasureUnitCode for P1 (percent) caused the issue. We covered it in CPI as the mapping from P1 to % did not work.

All is fine now.

Dear MJ,

Please check at the bottom of your sales document there should be few errors or warnings displayed. You can also see some alerts in the pricing tab w.r.t the price components and products.

Hi Satya,

Thanks for giving some direction. I do not have any errors at the bottom of the screen, but i see the detailed pricing procedure now displayed and will re-check the pricing components, especially the totals that i have defined.
