C4C Extension Field List offline

Hello experts,
we need a field as a selection list with about 4.500 entries, which is available on the account as well as on the sales quote header and/or item. The field should also be available offline so that the user has the possibility to choose from these 4.500 entries. An extension field of type List allows only 1000 entries.
Does anyone have an idea how to implement it (preferably via KUT possibilities)?

There is a known limitation of the Hybris Cloud for Customer solution and the same has been documented explicitly in the help center document

This is a system behavior/limitation with no immediate solution.
