C4c excel add in login problems

getting the following error message when trying to log in:

"anulada la solicitud, No se puede crear un canal seguro de SSL/TLS" or

"request cancelled. unable to create a SSL/TSL safe channel"

Hi Javier,

This weekend SAP has disabled the TLS 1.0 in productive C4C tenants at server level, so this errors are occurring I guess. To resolve the issue, SAP has released the latest excel add-in the 1st week of July 2019. Please download and install the latest add-in to resolve the issue.

jortiz99 Admin User with the download access in C4C can download the latest Excel Add-In from the tenant with the below steps as shown in screenshot:

Using the latest version of Add-In could be a best approach compared to editing the registry setting of all the users's system as mentioned in SAP KBAs.

It worked for us.

Hi Javier,

You could reference the following SAP KBA. (https://apps.support.sap.com/sap/support/knowledge/public/en/2806482)

I tested with these steps.these steps.

  1. Updated the Windows Registry
  2. Reinstalled the .Net framework
  3. Updated(Reinstalled) the new version of Add-On

Now, all users could use MS outlook add-on without error message.
