C4C error “String Find Function: Importing parameter Length is not valid.”

Hi,

Users have reported the above error happening sometimes when saving a ticket in c4c and its not something I can reproduce and hence not sure how to debug if its an ABSL issue in PDI.  (It doesn't seen to stop the save so is not also reproducible afterwards on the same case)

Has anyone faced this error?

Alternatively any ideas how I can find the source of the error if its not reproducible on demand?  Thanks,

Hello there,

You most likely have a script on the ServiceRequest xbo of which makes use of the "Find" function.
During runtime, improper parameters/values are passed to the function which causes the error.

Hello, the error message is raised by a PDI script. Maybe one of the fields in the payload is not matching the maximum permitted length validation. We cannot conclude which field caused the error as we have no details about it. Kindly debug it from your side.
