C4C Error in web service monitor

Dear Team,

We are receiving the below error in C4C system while receiving customer from SAP B1

Error Message#1: Error in message header mapping; agent class is CL

Error Short Text: Exception: Error in message header mapping; agent class is CL_BUPA_MDG_REPLICATE_BUPA_REL

can anyone provide solution for this issue.

Hi lhc_123,

The issue could be occurring because of an incorrect RecipientParty ID sent for Receiver system. Please check the RecipientPartyID in the payload of the failed message and cross check it with your logical system ID which you can find by editing any of the communication arrangement in your C4C system.

Both these should match. If not,kindly send the correct system ID while replicating the message from B1.

Hi lhc_123,

That's the correct answer. Please note that such an error can also appear if your message is missing ID field in main MessageHeader section - that was the case with a message BusinessPartnerSUITEBulkReplicateRequest.

Hello lhc_123

Ensure the all System Instance ID , Business System ID, IDoc logical System ID are updated with value "B1I_INTEGRATION" in your communication system. After that ensure , you reactivate the communication arrangement and restart the failed message - issue should be resolved. Let me know if the problem still persists.

Thanks for ur response issue solved after recreating communication system.

Can u Please check the below c4c Local system ID was not showing in integration after upgraded to SAP 10.0 from 9.3.

We need to give C4C system id in SLD Properties but column is not showing after upgrade.
