C4C-ERP Customer/Account Replication Error

Dear Experts,

I am trying to replicate customer from ERP to C4C. The message from ERP is failing along with a strange error message as below:

Role 0001 is not a BUSINESS_PARTNER_TMPL role

As first, I thought it is a mapping problem so I have mapped the code 0001 to role CRM000 in BusinessPartnerRoleCode mapping and re-process along with trigger new message. However, the error still exists. I have tried looking this up but there is no information.

Dear Giang Nguyen,

If code list mapping is maintained correctly and the correct group is maintained in the communication arrangement, there can be multiple reasons for this error message which needs to be debugged further. Did you created another Business Partner with external id 7 using another BusinessPartnerRoleCode?
