C4C - Equipment replication with BOM (ECC to C4C)

Hello Experts,

I have a requirement to replicate equipment with BOM from ECC to C4C. Reason being that in our case the equipment is an FG (which is generally huge in size and never comes back for service maintenance), BOM items (raw materials) are the ones that are received for maintenance.

This hierarchy/structure is maintained in ECC and i was able to replicate the equipment master data, but yet unable to bring the BOM into C4C where we are creating service requests.

Is there anyway we can carry out this replication ? or a workaround SAP provides ?

Dear Haseeb,

Currently Equipment BOM isnt supported in C4C. Kindly refer this Blog.

However, you can raise this in SAP Influence as a new request.
