[C4C] Encrypt Customer Phone Number for Agents

Is it possible to encrypt customer/contact phone numbers in the system for users?

Like when an agent wants to make a phone call, instead of seeing the whole number (+1 234567890) they'd see an encrypted version (+1 *******890) but still be able to make the call via CTI integration?
