In Sales Order UI, when you click "Send Email" action then it opens a similar UI as Sales Quote's "Edit Output Settings". They both offer exactly the same features. Therefore, I am not clear what are you looking for?
Hello saurabhkabra2009, we need the printer option, just as the sales order. We have some areas selling to in store customers and sometimes the want the printed document instead of an email.
I tried an alternative, using a custom object and the document template selection rules and it worked. Somehow is more work for the user, and to be honest I don´t understan why C4C is not more coherent having the same output options. it seems as diferent developers aplied different programming standards for the same, or almost the same, screen and final product.(Sales order and Sales Quote)
That affects the learning curve and the usability from the user point of view
