C4C-ECC Org replication

I have created the communication arrangements(Organizational Center Replication using Intermediate Staging Area ) in C4C for org replication. Then pushed a org from ECC the web message at C4C end is successful but the replication did not happen.

The org was pushed using organization structure replication --> failed/not started --> select the organizational units --> schedule all --> replication request status "Interrupted"

Error "Request cannot be processed, Process/Cancel the request"

No other error message in the result log

Dear swatimclmt,

Click on the Application Log ID gets generated for every job entry. In the application log, navigate to results tab and expand all to check the actual error message. You can also try rescheduling it. If the error occurs again, report an incident to SAP, there could be an exception caught in the backend.
