C4C does not generate Ticket ID

It is being presented in the Service tool: The Ticket ID is not generated in some Tickets,Is it a range that must be configured for the ID Tickets? Is it a typology that the user must select?Best regards

Hi eliocentenob

I don't think the column is standard. Probably created using the Cloud Application studio.
I think the custom implementation for updating the field has to be reviewed.

Is the data available for the field Inside the Ticket TI? If so , try clearing the browser cache once

What do you mean by "The Ticket ID is not generated in some Tickets".

Do you mean that the IDs are no in sequence?. IDs not being in the sequence is expected behavior due to Multiple application servers buffering a set of 10 Numbers from number range
