C4C - Display Answer of Matrix Type Survey in Report

Hi,

I need help on how we can display the answer for matrix type survey to our report.

In the sample survey below, we have products on the left side of the screen and should be answered by yes or no which is on the top row.

In the report, Answer Description, the answer showing is the values in the left instead of Yes or No.

Can someone help how we can resolve this?

Hi, add the field Rating Description field to your column view and Answer description field in rows view. best regards, PU
