C4C DESIGN REPORT KEY FIGURE TOTAL NEEDED

Dear All,

I did one design report for opportunity list in C4C like below and i need total of the expected value should show in last row of the report.

Please guide me how to achieve the same expecting the immediate response and thanks in advance.

Hi,

You can select the Characteristic Opportunity ID (Expected value is a key figure)

Hi Ramesan,

If you work with different currencies, calculating a result will not work. You will have to do a currency conversion in your report, so that the expected values in the local currencies are converted in your default company currency (see your organisational model). Be sure that you have maintained conversion rates. You can check and maintain them in Administrator - > Common tasks - > Exchange rate foreign currencies.

In your report add the key figure: Expected Value in Transactional (with Currency Conversion) and the result will be as follows:

As these are then in the same currency, you will be able to sum them up.

Hi Naresh / Ramassan,

I enclose a little example similar to yours, based on the standard report Opportunity Analysis [CODOPPU_Q0018] and Data Source Opportunity Header and Item [CODOPPU]

As you can see with regards to the results, i selected Opportunity ID and the total of expected values per opportunity are summed up.

Thanks for the response can you please look the below for me it is showing like DOT in result please let me why it is showing like this and how to solve this.

Can you please help me for below requirement

Please refer the attached below snap shots we developed report opportunity list report by EA view name Derma Top 20 which was developed for getting top 20 expected value sorting in descending order we need to get the total of the TOP 20 by expected value in the result row but its showing result of view Derma only its not showing current output displayed sum of expected value.

Please help me to show the sum of top 20 expected value in result correctly.

Hi Naresh,

You have to click the gear icon, left of the refresh button - [Show table Settings].

There you will find functionality for the table, sorting and result. Choose a characteristic and indicate where you want the total to appear in your report.
