C4C deletes values in S/4HANA

Hi experts,

When a business partner is send from C4C to S/4HANA, it deletes values of fields that are not mapped in the iFlow of CPI

For example, the S/4HANA field Transportation Zone is not mapped in the standard iFlow. Every time a change has been made in C4C, the mapping results in a deletion of the value of this field on the S/4HANA side.

With ECC integration we also saw this behavior. There it is possible to fix this by adding a value mapping in the CPI iflow. With a constant value mapping with a forward slash "/", the data was ignored and the data was not deleted.
This does not seem to work within the S/4HANA iflow; the flow will actually send through the value "/" instead of ignoring it.

How can I make sure the value of the S/4HANA fields are not deleted when they are not mapped?
