Hi,
the existing duplication tool seems to be very limited, mobile phone or customer identification number not included for duplicate identifier, no option to add custom fields as duplication identifiers. if there are validations on one of the fields this record can't be merged.
also i can't define merge logic and stop users from adding a duplication if it was identified.
wanted to know if and who it can be accomplished.
