C4C Data Workbench Attribute Assignment to Contactpersons why no updates are executed

Hi,

I have defined an attribute set and included attributes with values only relevant for contact persons.

The contactpersons will be replicated from SAP CRM into C4C. For the migration, i want to use the data workbench using the attribute assignment templates for assigning the attribute values to the contact persons.

After some trial i have set up my files. When i run the steps for the import, the validation is succesfull and after pressing import i do not get any error messages. The import is indicated as being successful. I tried both insert and upsert.

When i check the contact person record though, i do not see the attribute values as mentioned in my file.

Who is able to share some experiences on loading attribute values on contact persons using the data workbench and the attribute_assignment template?

Hi,

I have choosen for a different approach. I am not working with attributes anymore, but some field extensions.

It works fine to update the records using the data workbench.

Making a data export helped me in moving forward faster as you can see how data needs to be entered in your templates e.g. how multiple values are stored, date format etc.
