[C4C] Data Source for All Favorites, Tags, Flags

Quick Access Shelf is one of the most used feature by users.

We'd like to back-up & analyze the data however couldn't find any data source. Where's is it stored and how can we access all tags, favorites, flags etc?

Hello,

Tags, Flags or favorites are not exposed as C4C Data Source, hence you cannot retrieve such information in the report. TBH, since all of these informations are quite user specific personalisation recrod hence it makes no business case where such objects could be used for reporting purpose.

Hence pls consider raising an idea.
