C4C Custom Report selection criteria

Hello experts,

I currently have a task which is to create a report which shows all overdue sales quotes. In this case an overdue sales quote is simplya sales quote with the status "open" and the "validity to date" is smaller than today.

My problem is that in the selection part of the report i can use an advanced selection( is lessr than, is greater than) only for a selected date. And in the relative selection i can only use today.

But I need a combination of both; lesser than today, so that i can see all the sales quotes which are overdue.

Has anyone also encountered this problem? Would be very thankfull for any ideas

Hi,

There are 2 options to resolve your issue as follow:

1. A restricted Key Figure

For Data Source you can create a new Restricted Key Figure with following conditions:

2. Custom Relative Selection

You can also go to "Business Analytics"-->"Common Tasks"-->"Design Relative Selections" and define a dynamic selection for date type as follow:
