My Leads homepage card has a counter and when clicked, it opens your query. My customer wants the same tile for Completed Appointments.
In standard, it can be shown in a context report but the customer wants to open the query directly. Also, I've found this blog about DIY Homepage Cards but there's no option to show counter there.
Is there a way to duplicate and edit the "My Leads" tile to my needs? Or what else would you recommend me to do?

The special graphics for tiles are related to KPI created (Business Analytics -> Design KPI).
In turn, the KPI requires that the report and related Key Figures be built in advance.
So, for example, starting with the Appointment Data Source, create the Selection, Characteristics, and Key Figures per your requirement. One KF could be something like "Completed Activities This Quarter." You would then build a KPI on top of this KF and display the KPI in a homepage tile.
Once the tile is added via adaptation, you should see a gear icon on the tile to adjust the visualization.
