c4c - Create ERP Sales Order option missing

In our C4C tenant I have this issue - I have created couple of Opportunities and added products into it & saved. Under Action I don't find Create ERP Sales Order and Create ERP Quote Order.

Did you scope order or follow up documents to be created in ERP as follow?

Hi,

It depends on your project hierarchy. Ideally this should have been activated at the time of solution design phase by your Functional or Solution architect.
