Good day Experts
For the Employee support scenario, creating a Ticket from an incoming e-mail and the Employee doesnt exist yet. Is there an option to create an employee directly from the unassociated e-mail queue?

Hello Mark,
From 'Unassociated E-Mails' view, you only have option/action to Convert to New Ticket and Assign to Existing Ticket
(not to create an employee from here).
