C4C - create a follow up ticket from opportunity

Hey to all,

is it possible to create a follow up ticket from opportunity?

When i have a ticket i can create a follow up opportunity.

Whats about the other way round?:)

Dear Tamara,

Can you add the facet ticket within an opportunity. From there you will be able to create a ticket.

thank you very much for the tip, I activated the question in our project. Now I have the possibility to show the tab "Ticket..
