Hello Community,
at our Company we have the following Use Case: Our Business Department wants to implement a Return Order in C4C Sales Cloud without referring to ECC. I know, that this is not a common Use Case for C4C, because this normally is happening in the ECC.
The Return Order should have a Reference Object which in this case is the Sales Order. So if a Customer orders too much, he/she can return all delivered items or less.
What would here be a good approach?
a) Creating a follow-up ticket,
or
b) reating another related Sales Document?

Another requirement is the offline-availability, so that the return order can be executed offline.
